Meet Ngoc Phan, DO, FACOI, FACP

Dr. Ngoc Phan immigrated from Vietnam to Georgia at the age of nine — an experience that shaped her compassion and commitment to serving her community. She earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA, and completed her residency at Sacred Heart Health System in Florida.

She leads TrueCare Medical with a mission to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care rooted in cultural understanding and clinical excellence.

She has been a USCIS-designated civil surgeon since 2023.
